It’s finally getting warm and things are slowing down enough that I have the bandwidth to go to a few conferences. The two conferences I’m really excited about are Corporate Social Media Summit and Search and Social Spring Summit.

The Corporate Social Media Summit is on June 15th and 16th, and has some pretty awesome speakers and attendees. The conference is focused on social media at the corporate level (duh) and will focus on the interesting hurdles brand managers have to overcome online.

The second conference I’m going to this year is Search and Social Spring Break. Unlike the Corporate Social Media Summit, this conference is much smaller (get tickets ASAP, they will run out).

Some great experts will be talking about how they use social media. I expect a lot of forward thinking and experimentation. Unlike our corporate brethren, these marketers don’t have to wait months to try out a new idea.
